E & OE

A note on working on your items:

Embroidery involves stretching, clamping and thousands of needle penetrations per garment/ item.

Similarly, printing involves stretching, pressing and temperatures up to 180 degrees celsius.

We cannot guarantee garments sourced elsewhere will be able to withstand the aforementioned stresses.

Garments/Items supplied by Summit (GB) Ltd are manufactured and/or selected to withstand these stresses.

A note on the minimum charges:

Due to the work involved, which includes but is not limited to, creating artwork, setting up machines, material wastage and payment charges, we apply a minimum charge.

If you are unsure please speak to a member of staff.

A note on samples:

Unfortunately suppliers do not provide samples free of charge, so any sample we order has to be paid for and on return will incur a re-stocking charge.

Our policy is simple, we are happy to order samples, but any item not used in your order will incur a re-stocking charge.

Where samples are for sizing, we will suggest 'step' sizes i.e. small & large or medium & extra large.

If you are unsure please speak to a member of staff.
